CloudANS™ Platform
The complete autonomic intelligence platform
CloudANS™ brings autonomic measurement and tracking to wearables, built on the six-phase autonomic challenge protocol used in clinical autonomic medicine for over two decades. Five integrated components.
Five components, one platform
Patent-pending measurement
Our proprietary AI-based spectral separation engine decodes sympathetic and parasympathetic activity independently using only heartbeat interval data.
Cloud-based autonomic session
CloudANS™ applies the six-phase autonomic challenge protocol to data from consumer wearables, producing autonomic profiles that mirror the clinic-based measurement.
CAJAL
The first AI model for the nervous system. Trained on a high-quality autonomic dataset, CAJAL adapts insights to each user’s physiology and is the long-term infrastructure layer for autonomic intelligence.
Clinical Decision Support (CDS), powered by CAJAL
Decision support for the treating clinician. The CDS surfaces the autonomic findings and phenotype from the test, flags patterns such as parasympathetic dysfunction or sympathetic withdrawal, maps them to the CMO’s ANS-directed framework, and drafts a structured report and care-plan starting point the clinician edits. It informs the clinician, who makes every diagnostic and treatment decision. The CDS is decision support, not a medical device, and is not FDA-cleared.
CloudANS™ SDK
Real-time autonomic metrics, personalized insights, trend analysis, and cohort intelligence for preventive care, women’s health, mental health, chronic care, performance, and longevity.

Book a DemoA window into balance
A clinical dashboard for homeostasis
Across civilizations, healers described health as balance. Modern biology calls it homeostasis, the body constantly adjusting heart rate, blood pressure, hormones, digestion, and immunity to keep you well. The engine behind that fine-tuning is the autonomic nervous system. A balanced ANS sits on the diagonal; as regulation declines, patients drift off it into rising morbidity and mortality risk.
